From selected Amaren ox cuts we make our own blend for burgers, mincing the meat daily on the premises.

OUR BURGERS
Our ox meat for burgers:
- Ox: 200 gr. of meat from our certified oxen.
- Double ox: 400 gr. (2×200 g.) of meat from our certified oxen, + 6,00 € supplement.
- Special ox (*): 220 gr. of premium meat of our certified oxen, + 4,00 € supplement.
- Galician ox (*): 220 gr. of galician ox meat matured between 1 and 4 years, + 5,00 € supplement.
(*) Meat subject to availability. This meat is served rare.
Choose your burger bread:
- Rustic bread.
- Buttery brioche bread.
- Gluten-free bread for people with coeliac disease. Supplement +1,50 €.
If you wish, we can supply disposable gloves to enjoy your hamburger without getting your hands dirty.
Any ingredient added or replaced will be charged extra.
BURGER OF THE MONTH
Every month we present you a new “burger of the month”, a special burger, unpublished in Hambueysería and created by our kitchen team. These burgers are only available for a limited time, although on some occasions we have been forced to add them to the menu due to the great demand they have had and your requests, as is the case of the Pirenaica burger or the Terreña burger.

230 grams of Minhota ox picanha with more than 60 days of maturation, smoked cow cheese, pickles, caramelised onion and Amaren style burger sauce. Rustic bread or brioche.
