200 g of prime cuts of beef, cherry tomato emulsion with basil, sweet and sour gherkin, birch-smoked cow’s milk cheese flowers with drops of Picual EVOO infused with piparra pepper from the Basque Country.

Best burger in Bilbao

If you want to eat the best burger in Bilbao this is the right place. We loved both the starters and the burgers. They have potatoes that are not on the menu and the sauce is spectacular, cheese and truffle sauce with egg yolk. The carpaccio is very tasty, and then the hamburgers without words. They have 4 types of meats and you can tell the quality from the first to the last.
