Our ox meat for burgers:

  • Ox: 200 gr. of meat from our certified oxen.
  • Double ox: 400 gr. (2×200 g.) of meat from our certified oxen, + 7,00 € supplement.
  • Special ox (*): 220 gr. of premium meat of our certified oxen, + 4,00 € supplement.
  • Galician ox (*): 220 gr. of galician ox meat matured between 1 and 4 years, + 7,00 € supplement.

(*) Meat subject to availability. This meat is served rare.

Choose your burger bread:

  1. Rustic bread.
  2. Buttery brioche bread.
  3. Gluten-free bread for people with coeliac disease. Supplement +2,50 €.

If you wish, we can supply disposable gloves to enjoy your hamburger without getting your hands dirty.
